It's Dr. Seuss day at school, and we didn't actually know what to do. Until we saw Miss Cindy Lou and said "Hey Payton - You can be a Who, too." So we braided, sprayed and did a little curl and now we have the cutest Whoville girl! Payton Poo Who, that's who :)
